Set a timer for 3:00, for as many quality rounds and reps as possible:

6 Squat to Lizard stretch

6 Up dog to Down dog with :10 pause

Complete the following:

- 20 alternating barbell or dumbbell snatches (medium-light weight)

- 10m forward and back bear crawl (~:30)

- 40 alternating dumbbell snatches

- 10m forward and back bear crawl

- 60 alternating dumbbell snatches

- 10m forward and back bear crawl

Goal RPE: 6-8

Suggested timecap: 16 minutes

MOVEMENT FOCUS: GRIP

8 cycles:

- :45 dumbbell farmers carry march (adjust exact number of seconds as necessary)

- :15 fire build

Take note of how long you’re able to maintain your target number of seconds
