Set a timer for 3:00, for as many quality rounds and reps as possible:

10 Air Squats

5 Burpees

6 Straddle QLT stretch

6 Squat to Lizard stretch

6 Up dog to Down dog with :10 pause

3 sets:

- 20 air squats

Take note of how well you’re able to keep your chest up and sit your hips back and down. Record any observations.

- 16 burpees (medium volume)

- 10 snatches

- 10 squats with the snatch weight

- 16 burpees

- 16 burpees

Goal RPE: 6-8
