For time: Carry 2 dumbbells 2000m (Rx) Female weight: 20#/Male weight: 35# Class time cap: 20 minutes


LEVEL 3

For time: Carry 2 dumbbells 2000m (Rx) Female weight: 35#/Male weight: 50# Class time cap: 20 minutes
