1 round: 20 left side dumbbell hang snatches 20 right side dumbbell hang snatches 30 squat jumps over the dumbbells (may also do squat steps or jumps with no squat) 20 left side dumbbell hang clean and jerks 20 right side dumbbell hang clean and jerks Female weight: 10#/Male weight: 20# Class time cap: 13 minutes


LEVEL 2

1 round: 25 left side dumbbell hang snatches 25 right side dumbbell hang snatches 40 squat jumps over the dumbbells 25 left side dumbbell hang clean and jerks 25 right side dumbbell hang clean and jerks Female weight: 20#/Male weight: 35# Class time cap: 13 minutes


LEVEL 3

1 round: 30 left side dumbbell hang snatches 30 right side dumbbell hang snatches 50 squat jumps over the dumbbells 30 left side dumbbell hang clean and jerks 30 right side dumbbell hang clean and jerks Female weight: 35#/Male weight: 50# Class time cap: 13 minutes
