6 Squat to Lizard stretch

6 Up dog to Down dog with :10 pause

LEVEL 1

1 round: Run 600m 30 burpees 40 knee tucks Class time cap: 18 minutes


LEVEL 2

1 round: Run 800m 45 burpees 60 chest tucks Class time cap: 18 minutes


LEVEL 3

1 round: Run 1200m 60 burpees 80 chest tucks Class timecap: 18 minutes
