LEVEL 1

3 rounds: 14 dumbbell squats (with 2 dumbbells) 14 alternating dumbbell reverse lunges* (with 2 dumbbells) 6 burpees over the dumbbells (Rx) Female weight: 10#/Male weight: 20# Class time cap: 12 minutes *If you have a sturdy platform or box between 1' and 2', you can do alternating dumbbell step ups instead of lunges


LEVEL 2

3 rounds: 20 dumbbell squats (with 2 dumbbells) 20 alternating dumbbell reverse lunges* (with 2 dumbbells) 8 burpees over the dumbbells (Rx) Female weight: 20#/Male weight: 35# Class time cap: 12 minutes *If you have a sturdy platform or box between 1.5' and 2', you can do alternating dumbbell step ups instead of lunges


LEVEL 3
