Our Foundations Course is designed to ensure quality attention and ensure the proper introduction to CrossFit. As you work through a minimum of three, 50-minute sessions you will learn correct form, technique, and appropriate weight to use. These personal training sessions will save you time by learning the right way from the beginning, and allow you to gain the confidence and necessary education to perform the most beneficial movements in fitness safely and effectively.
This program is required for anyone brand new to CrossFit or barbell lifting. This is where you will learn both how to move well and get comfortable with what we do before transitioning into our regular group classes.
Friendly reminder: Yes, you can learn to lift. If you have two arms and two legs (or even if you don’t), then you can learn and enjoy the benefits of lifting. Let us show you how.
