A big CONGRATS to IJANA for getting her May Goal!

Friendly Reminder: The “BUYIN’S”

The “BUYIN’S” will be a quick warmup to be performed when you arrive on WADTIME (15 min. before the session). This evolution in the program is to allow us to have a few minutes to nail down the fundamental “Points of Efficiency” for the movement of the day, and elevate our technique! Per the WADBOD Way, it is always appreciated for more veteran members to assist newer members if necessary!


It has come to my attention that with so many more members, many of you do not know each other (insert sad face)! Therefore…presenting our FIRST EVER MEMBER SPOTLIGHT…VIVIANA!!!!!

  1. Who is your immediate family?
    1. V:  Zach, My mom, Alex, Julie, Elena, Emma 
  2. Who was the first member to make you feel welcome at WADBOD?
    1. V: Magda and Jaymi. Magda kept telling me about the awesome energy and Jaymi proved her 10000% right! lol 
  3. What is your most proud accomplishment to date?
    1. V: Box jumps scared me and I’ve been getting through them much better. Still a bit scared but getting them done! 💪🏽 I’m also proud of every new PR I hit! I’ve been feeling stronger and surprising myself with my accomplishments 😍 💪🏽💪🏽🙌🏽
  4. “WHY” do you train?
    1. V: I train to feel better about myself. The fact that I’m getting off my butt to finally do something so my self esteem can get higher. It’s also letting me be around for my children longer, definitely a plus! They can’t say they can be couch potatoes since I’m one. I’m their first teacher/influencer. I set their example and being down on myself because the way I look and feel is not the best positive role model for them. I have so much more energy for them and if I’m happy they’ll be happy too! 💕

HQ3 UPDATE! Please help!

Unfortunately no luck with contacting the land owner! In the meantime, we still need your help! HQ3 will be the most revolutionary gym in Vegas, but to make it happen we still need more amazing members like yourself. Spread the good word of WADBOD and let your friends, family, and coworkers know that about our Bring a Friend Thursday, or please give them my contact info to schedule a FREE personal intro session! We would love the opportunity to show them how WADBOD is not their idea of a “typical gym” and how fitness is for everyone!

Living better takes Effort, but there is also a cost of not putting forth effort. We must always care (ie. live intentionally) about our choices, actions, and behaviors because they inevitably result in the life we live.
